二、项目挑战与解决方案
（一）核心挑战
原料特性复杂：项目所用石灰石硬度高（莫氏硬度4-5）、含泥量较高，对破碎设备的耐磨性能与处理能力提出严苛要求。
环保与能耗约束：项目位于生态敏感区，需满足严格的粉尘排放与噪音控制标准；同时，高产能需求下需优化能耗效率。
工艺适配性要求：高速公路对骨料粒型、级配要求极高，需确保成品骨料针片状含量低、级配连续。
（二）技术方案
针对以上挑战，世邦集团与黎明重工联合提供了定制化解决方案：
设备配置：采用"颚破+反击破+冲击破"三段破碎工艺，搭配振动筛分系统。具体设备包括：GF1245振动给料机、PE750×1060颚式破碎机（黎明重工）、PF1315反击式破碎机（世邦）、VSI5X1145冲击式破碎机（世邦）、S5X2460-3振动筛（世邦）。
工艺设计：通过多级破碎与筛分组合，实现物料的精细化处理。颚破进行粗碎，反击破中碎整形，冲击破制砂并进一步优化粒型，振动筛实现精准分级。

黎明重工为此项目量身定制了模块化生产线方案，核心配置包括GF系列重型给料机、PE系列深腔颚式破碎机、PF系列硬岩反击破、VSI5X高性能制砂机以及S5X系列好的振动筛。该配置充分发挥了"粗碎-中碎-细碎-整形"的工艺优势，形成完整的闭路循环系统。

特别是VSI5X制砂机采用了独特的石打石与石打铁组合破碎原理，通过精确控制的破碎腔物料撞击角度，使成品砂的粒形呈规则的多棱体，细度模数可稳定控制在标准范围内。设备配备的液压开盖装置和在线监测系统，大大缩短了维护时间，确保生产连续性。生产线整体搭载了智能控制系统，可实时监测设备运行参数、自动调节给料速度，当检测到异常振动或温度升高时，会立即启动保护程序并发出预警。

四、实施成效与技术创新
项目实施后，生产线展现出显著的技术优势：首先，产能完全达到设计要求，各级骨料成品合格率大幅提升；其次，设备运行稳定性突出，关键部件采用了特殊耐磨材料，使用寿命延长；更重要的是，整条生产线采取了多重防尘降噪措施，工作环境粉尘浓度远低于国家排放标准。

在工艺流程方面，黎明重工创新采用"预先筛分+选择性破碎"技术，通过在粗碎前设置预筛分环节，将原料中的泥土和细小颗粒提前分离，既减轻了后续设备的负荷，又提高了破碎效率。针对石灰石特性优化的破碎腔型设计，有效降低了针片状颗粒含量，产出的机制砂完全满足高标准混凝土的用砂需求。生产线还实现了水循环系统的零排放，清洗骨料的废水经沉淀处理后重复利用，体现了绿色发展的理念。
