在尘土飞扬的矿山上，这条生产线却出人意料地"干净"。全封闭设计搭配脉冲除尘系统，操作间的PM2.5浓度和写字楼相差无几。液压启盖装置让设备检修变得像开汽车引擎盖一样简单，以往需要半天时间的维护作业，现在一顿饭功夫就能搞定。

"以前修机器要带三件套：扳手、榔头、降压药。"老机修李师傅笑着说，"现在拿着平板电脑就能诊断故障，连工作服都干净了不少。"这种改变不仅提升了效率，更让矿山作业有了尊严感。

沿着生产线走一圈，会发现许多环保巧思：循环水系统实现零废水排放，噪声控制达到Ⅱ类区标准，就连振动筛都配备了特殊的减震装置。更难能可贵的是，整条线的能耗比传统设备低近30%，相当于每年少消耗百余吨标准煤。
