二、项目概况

该项目旨在将水泥厂剥离的低品位石灰石废石破碎加工成高品质骨料，实现资源最大化利用。生产线由世邦工业科技集团股份有限公司提供核心设备与技术支持，采用HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机+VSI1140制砂机组合工艺，兼具好的破碎与成品优化功能。

四、生产工艺流程

1. 预筛分与缓冲

    原料（0-800mm石灰石）经一级振动筛（3YK3070）预先筛分，≤40mm物料直接进入半成品料仓，大块物料进入缓冲料仓。

2. 中细碎阶段

    采用3台HPT300圆锥破碎机，配备独立振动筛形成闭路循环，确保产能稳定800t/h，成品骨料针片状含量≤5%。

3. 制砂整形

    破碎后≤31.5mm物料进入VSI1140制砂机，通过"石打石"模式优化粒形，成品砂细度模数2.6-3.0。

4. 分级存储

    采用VU模控筛精确分级，产出4种规格成品，并由全封闭钢仓存储，避免二次污染。
