从二段到三段的蜕变
项目初期，黎明重工技术团队深入矿区实地考察，发现原有生产线采用C100颚式破碎机与圆锥破碎机组成的二段闭路系统存在明显局限。在经过充分论证后，提出了突破性的三段闭路破碎工艺改造方案。

这一创新方案保留了原有的初碎设备，引入HST160单缸液压圆锥破碎机作为中碎设备，再配以HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机进行细碎。三段式工艺的运用不仅显著提升了整体处理能力，更重要的是将入磨粒度从原先的18mm降至12mm以下，为后续球磨工序创造了更好的条件。

在工艺改造中，黎明重工的液压圆锥破碎机系列产品展现技术：

HST160单缸液压圆锥破碎机采用"主轴固定+偏心套回转"的创新型结构设计，结合优化的破碎腔型，实现了好的率的层压破碎效果。
HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机装备了智能液压控制系统，可以精确调节排料口尺寸，确保成品粒度均匀性。

木里矿区的高海拔环境对设备性能提出了严峻挑战。针对这一特殊情况，黎明重工在产品设计上做了多项针对性优化：

采用特制电机和高原型液压系统，确保设备在低氧环境下依然保持稳定输出。
选用耐寒材料制作关键部件，强化设备在低温条件下的可靠性。
