从二段到三段的蜕变
项目初期,黎明重工技术团队深入矿区实地考察,发现原有生产线采用C100颚式破碎机与圆锥破碎机组成的二段闭路系统存在明显局限。在经过充分论证后,提出了突破性的三段闭路破碎工艺改造方案。
这一创新方案保留了原有的初碎设备,引入HST160单缸液压圆锥破碎机作为中碎设备,再配以HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机进行细碎。三段式工艺的运用不仅显著提升了整体处理能力,更重要的是将入磨粒度从原先的18mm降至12mm以下,为后续球磨工序创造了更好的条件。
在工艺改造中,黎明重工的液压圆锥破碎机系列产品展现技术:
HST160单缸液压圆锥破碎机采用"主轴固定+偏心套回转"的创新型结构设计,结合优化的破碎腔型,实现了好的率的层压破碎效果。
HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机装备了智能液压控制系统,可以精确调节排料口尺寸,确保成品粒度均匀性。
