2. 资源综合利用典范
针对矿区石灰石高钙特性，项目创新性地开发了分级利用模式：更好矿石加工成建筑骨料，低品位矿料作为水泥原料，石粉则用于路基填充，资源综合利用率达98%。这种"吃干榨净"的循环经济模式，为同类矿山提供了可借鉴的样本。
