池州市东至县水系发达，传统河道清淤产生的河卵石堆积曾长期困扰当地。为解决这一难题，当地采用黎明重工全套破碎筛分设备，将废弃河卵石转化为高品质建筑骨料。生产线采用"粗碎+中碎+制砂"PE颚式破碎机完成初级粗碎，其优化的深腔结构可处理大块河卵石；HPT多缸液压圆锥破负责二级中碎，通过层压破碎原理确保骨料粒形；VSI6X和VSI5X制砂机实现精细整形，产出级配合理的精品砂。

这种资源化利用模式不仅解决了河道治理难题，还减少了传统砂石开采对生态环境的破坏，真正实现了生态效益与经济效益的统一。
