二、项目概况与产业定位
本项目位于德兴市龙头山乡大安山区域，总投资1.2亿元，设计生产能力为600吨/小时，年产高品质机制砂约200万吨。采用了国际先进的破碎筛分工艺和设备，主要产品0-5mm水洗机制砂可广泛应用于市政工程、商品混凝土搅拌站等对建材质量要求较高的建设领域。

德兴市现有的10家石材矿山企业和15家石材加工企业为本项目提供了丰富的资源优势，同时也是德兴市打造"千亿产值产业、年税收百亿元、生态可持续百年"的绿色现代化石材循环经济产业集群的重要支撑力量。

三、生产工艺与技术特点
本项目生产线采用"破碎-筛分-制砂-洗选"四段式工艺流程：
粗碎阶段选用PE1200×1500颚式破碎机，处理能力可达600吨/小时，能够将800mm以下的矿石一次性破碎至150mm以内。
中细碎采用HPT多缸液压圆锥破，通过智能化调节排料口控制成品粒径，确保了产品粒形优良。
制砂环节配置VSI6X立轴冲击破设备，运用"石打石"和"石打铁"相结合的复合破碎原理，使成砂率达50%以上。
筛洗系统包括：
圆振动筛多级筛分系统，确保产品级配精准
好的轮斗式洗砂机，保证骨料洁净度
脱水筛配合压滤机，实现泥水有效分离和水资源循环利用

四、环保与智能化特色
本项目严格执行国家绿色矿山建设标准：
采用全封闭式厂房设计，水资源循环利用率保持在95%以上，实现生产废水零排放。
配置智能化更好控制系统，实现对设备运行状态和生产数据的实时监控与分析。
