四川久马高速公路是全线海拔超3000米的高原高速，2024年9月，刷经寺段实现试通车。已完成供应任务的2021年建设的高速公路弃渣山石制砂生产线位于阿坝州红原县刷经寺镇，成品为水洗机制砂、河沙等5种砂石骨料。破碎设备来自黎明重工，主要有PE750*1060颚式破碎机、HPT300多缸液压圆锥破碎机破碎VSI6X1150制砂机制砂等。成品粒型圆润，机制砂级配合理，为高原高速建设贡献机械力量。

此外，该生产线还配备了圆振动筛、洗砂机、细沙回收机和压滤机等辅助设备，实现了砂石骨料的精细加工和环保生产。整个系统设计合理，运行稳定，时产可达200吨左右，满足了久马高速公路建设对砂石骨料的大规模需求。

运输太难了。海拔3000米以上，物资运输成本高昂。如果能在当地解决砂石料，既节约成本，又保障工期。
这是一场看不见的工程。
当你在久马高速上飞驰，你不会想到脚下的每一寸路面，都曾经是山体深处的岩石；你不会想到刷经寺镇的那条生产线，曾日夜轰鸣，把5000万吨弃渣变成了铺向远方的路，是这条高原天路最沉默的基石。

 

如今，刷经寺段已经通车，这条生产线也完成了供应任务，甚至已经消失。
