这里是2023年10月六盘水安盘高速项目石灰石破碎生产线建设现场。安盘高速是安顺到盘州的高速公路，世邦集团的装备已服务于贵州多个大型高速公路项目，这也是世邦破碎设备服务贵州庞大交通路网的一个缩影。在六盘水盘州市的施工现场，GF1245给料机将石灰石均匀送入PE750*1060颚式破碎机、PF1315重型反击式破碎机破碎、经VSI9526制砂机整形制砂、S5X2460圆振动筛筛分，得到精品砂石骨料，用于该高速公路建设，综合时产200吨左右。

在贵州高速公路建设的关键时期，一支为安盘高速（安顺至盘州段）提供原料保障的专业生产线于2023年10月在六盘水盘州市建成投产。这条生产线专门针对高速公路建设对砂石骨料的严格要求而设计，采用了先进的智能破碎工艺，确保了高品质骨料的稳定供应。
主要设备配置及优势

    智能给料系统（GF1245重型板式给料机）
    作为生产线的"好的道关口"，该设备拥有1200×4500mm的超大进料口，配合精密的变频调速系统，可实现80-400t/h的无级调速给料。其特殊的钢结构设计和耐磨链轮配置，确保了在连续重载工况下的稳定运行。

    好的粗破单元（PE750×1060颚式破碎机）
    配备750×1060mm宽大进料口，最大可处理630mm规格的原始石料，生产能力可达110-320t/h。创新的楔块式排料口调节系统，使得用户能在短时间内完成粒度调整，大幅提升了设备使用灵活性。

    多功能中碎系统（PF1315反击式破碎机）
    1300mm超大转子和1500mm的粉碎腔长度带来更强的破碎动能，860×1520mm进料尺寸可轻松处理来自粗破的物料。优化的转子无键连接方案延长了核心部件的使用寿命，减少了维护停机时间。

    精密制砂工艺（VSI9526立轴冲击破）
    采用可切换的石打石与石打铁双模式设计，最大50mm的进料经过精细破碎后可产出级配合理的机制砂。特有的液压开盖设计简化了日常检修流程，减少了维护人员的工作强度。

    智能分级筛分（S5X2460-3圆振动筛）
    2400×6000mm的大型筛面配合三层筛网设计，处理能力最高可达500t/h。创新的块偏心激振技术保证了筛分效率，同时可选配多种筛网材质以满足不同成品要求。

工艺特点与创新

该生产线通过三级破碎与精密整形相结合的工艺路线，实现了高产与更好的平衡。创新的系统设计使得从630mm的原石到5mm以下的精品砂都能在一次流程中完成，减少了转运环节，提高了整体效率。

智能控制系统作为生产线的"大脑"，实现了设备运行的实时监测与异常预警。结合远程管理功能，大大提升了生产管理水平。值得一提的是，整套系统通过全封闭设计和多级抑尘措施，有效控制了生产过程中的粉尘排放。
