山东临沂废弃资源循环产业园位于临沂市罗庄经济开发区，紧邻京沪高速，占地广阔，集矿山尾料和建筑垃圾处理、商砼站、再生资源于一体。建成时产450吨湿法矿山废石破碎生产线时产200吨干法混凝土块(即拆除建筑垃圾）破碎生产线，采用C6X125颚式破碎机、单缸、多缸液压圆锥破破碎机、VSI6X1150制砂机等设备。绿色化、智能化、工业化、园区化企业投产运营。

项目采用地下干湿破碎法，物料经由颚式破碎机破碎后进行除尘、除铁，然后进入单缸液压圆锥破，经由振动筛筛分后，符合规格的进入成品料仓，不符合规格的将分别进入振动筛和制砂机，通过整形制砂的物料送入振动筛，筛分出的成品骨料送入成品仓。

山东临沂当地先后出台了一系列专项治理实施方案，鼓励企业参与投资建设及主营固废处理利用项目。“罗庄区废弃资源循环产业园”项目在此背景下成立。
项目位于临沂市罗庄经济开发区内，前临岚曹高速，西临京沪高速，占地110亩，投资2亿元，采用行业内高标准的绿色化、智能化、工业化、园区化设计理念建设而成，是集矿山尾料和建筑垃圾处理、商砼站、制砖线于一体的产业园项目。

其中，石料线包含450t/h湿法矿山废石破碎制砂生产线和200t/h干法混凝土块(拆除建筑垃圾）破碎生产线，引进世邦集团新型给料机、颚破、反击破、圆锥破、制砂机及振动筛等主机设备。

废弃资源经破碎、筛分等处理后产出成品料，成品料规格齐全，除供应当地大型施工单位外，部分还用于自身商砼站及终端再生建材如再生砖的生产。

绿色化，环保生产系统
项目采用干湿法结合，筛分，输送，生产工艺粉尘治理采用好的脉冲布袋除尘器，皮带走廊全封闭+皮带半圆式二次封闭，有效解决生产过程中的扬尘污染及噪音问题。

智能化、自动化控制系统
项目的生产、维修、日常维护采用DCS可视、全自动、智能模块化集散控制系统，仅3-5人就可实现全天候的相关生产作业，节约了大量的人力、物力和财力，提高了生产工作效率。业主高度赞扬此项目的全自动化生产模式。

废水处理系统
项目在生产过程中，将生产废水，运输车辆冲洗废水，车间地面冲洗废水，清洗细料沥水等全部进入调节池，加入絮凝剂搅拌沉淀后，清水回收再利用，污泥由泥浆泵打入板式压滤机，进行固废处理，实现污水零排放。
