在传统砂石生产线的基础上，黎明重工对该项目进行了深度定制化升级。通过对河卵石物料特性的分析，生产线采用多段破碎+闭路循环的工艺设计，优化了破碎比分配，减少了过粉碎现象，砂石综合利用率提升至95%以上。

这条大型河卵石碎石制砂生产线，由两台PE600×900颚破、两台HPT300圆锥破、一台5X1145制砂机、三台2460振动筛和一台3016洗砂机构成，生产线自投产以来运行良好，有效保障了客户的产出与供应。而HPT系列圆锥破作为二级破碎设备，同时也是该生产线的主要设备之一，自投产以来成绩不俗，有了客户的很大认可。

　　HPT液压圆锥破碎机结合中国金属材料性能而设计的一款高性能破碎机，主要用于金属矿山、建筑砂石加工中的二段破碎和三段破碎环节，因其破碎能力强、产量大，更多的被用于中硬物料的破碎。

　　HPT采用特别的主轴固定，偏心套绕主轴的结构，优化的传动部件和内部结构设计，设备承载能力强，装机功率大，体积小却效率高，比传统圆锥破效率高5%-15%。

　　· 全液压操控 方便可靠

　　HPT使用全液压操控，设备从保险清腔到调整及锁紧，全部采用液压操作，工作更稳定可靠，操作方便，减少了停机时间，同时还可以实现全自动化操作。

　　· 层压破碎 出料粒型好

　　HPT利用层压破碎原理对物料进行破碎，通过对设备和腔型进行优化，提高了高压层破碎效率，易损件磨耗低，成品粒型呈立方体，细粒级含量高，提升了成品质量，降低了设备和整个系统的生产成本。

　　· 一机多用 腔型转换灵活

　　HPT配置了中碎和细碎腔型，仅需更换相应腔型衬板等少量零件，便可在腔型之间转换，满足中碎和细碎工艺需求，实现了一机多用，破碎冲程、破碎速度和破碎腔形的组合, 比传统圆锥破产量高35%-60%。

智能化管理也是该项目的亮点之一：
✔ PLC集中控制系统实现远程操作及故障预警，减少人工巡检强度。
✔ 物联网数据平台实时监测设备轴承温度、振动等关键参数，提前预警潜在隐患，大幅降低非计划停机风险。
✔ 能耗监测系统精准记录每吨产品的电力消耗，帮助客户优化生产调度，降低运营成本。

为确保产品质量稳定达标，项目配备了在线粒度检测仪，可动态调整破碎参数，使成品砂的石粉含量、级配曲线始终符合高标准要求。同时，生产线采用湿法除尘+干法降噪的综合环保方案，有效控制粉尘和噪声污染，实现清洁生产。
