项目概况
该项目以河卵石为原料，设计产能每小时500吨。生产线配置包括振动给料机、高能颚破、多缸液压圆锥破、5X制砂机等核心设备，形成完整的破碎筛分系统。其中5X1145制砂机采用深腔型转子设计，兼具破碎与整形双重功能，成品砂粒形圆润，级配优良。

核心技术
制砂环节采用黎明重工5X系列好的制砂机，具有以下显著特点：

独特的"石打石"和"石打铁"双破碎原理，通过物料自击破碎和冲击破碎相结合，提高破碎效率；
    优化的涡流腔设计降低了气流阻力，使物料在破碎腔内形成稳定的料衬，大幅减少易损件消耗；
    配备液压开盖装置，便于维护保养，检修停机时间缩短40%以上；
    采用稀油润滑系统，关键轴承使用寿命显著延长。

工艺流程
原料经过初级筛分后，大块物料进入高能颚破进行粗碎，中等粒度物料通过圆锥破精细破碎，符合要求的物料进入5X制砂机整形。制砂环节采用闭路循环设计，不合格物料返回再次破碎，确保成品质量。最终产出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm四个规格成品。

环保优势
项目配备完善的除尘系统，生产线采用全封闭设计。5X制砂机运行噪音低于75分贝，显著优于行业标准。工艺用水经沉淀处理后循环使用，实现零排放。
