江苏连云港某工程公司依托黎明重工科技的KH300-2移动破碎站，成功构建了一条好的、灵活且环保的铁矿石破碎生产线。该项目以进口铁矿石为原料，通过移动破碎站的多缸液压圆锥破碎机，实现了成品粒度小于8mm的高质量加工，满足了市场对精细铁矿石的需求。

四川某铁矿石加工现场，一条颚式履带移动破碎站生产线每小时可处理450吨铁矿石。大块矿石首先通过振动给料机送入PE-1200×1500颚式破碎机进行粗碎，随后由4YK1548圆振动筛筛分。合格物料进入细碎环节或直送成品库，不合格的则返回粗碎；细碎后同样经过筛分闭环，确保最终成品100%达标。这条生产线的核心设备包括：1台颚式破碎机、2台圆振动筛、1台振动给料机及1条1000mm带式输送机
