项目位于巴彦淖尔市乌拉特前旗北部矿区，属典型的沉积变质型磁铁矿床，平均品位26%以上。矿区交通便利，基础设施完善，具备规模化开发条件。

二、技术升级方案
项目采用"分段实施、梯次提升"的技术改造路径：

    一期工程（2021年）
    投入6200万元对原有200t/h生产线进行技术改造，升级为500t/h产能规模。保留了部分可利用设施，最大限度节约改造成本。

    二期工程（2022年）
    总投资1.3亿元新建500t/h生产线，替代淘汰老旧设备。采用最新自动化控制系统，生产效率提升30%以上。

    三期工程（2023年）
    建成1000t/h大型全自动生产线，标志着矿区全面进入现代化生产阶段。
