贵州绥阳碎石生产线选择大块石料经TSW1345振动给料机进入PE900×1200颚破进行粗破，再由皮带机输送至两台PFW1315Ⅲ欧版反击破进行二破，进而由两台4YZS2460振动筛筛选出符合粒度要求的石料，不符合要求的则被送入欧版反击破进行再破碎，最终成品粒度为0-5mm、 5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm。

工艺流程

给料：大块石灰岩经振动给料机送入颚破粗碎。
粗碎：颚破将物料破碎至中等粒径。
细碎：皮带输送至2台反击破进行二次破碎。
筛分：经振动筛筛选，合格物料进入成品料仓，不合格物料返回反击破继续破碎。
    成品：0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm四种规格成品。
