洞渣资源化利用的必要性隧道开挖产生的花岗岩洞渣（抗压强度≥80MPa）若直接弃置，不仅占用土地、破坏生态，还需承担高昂的运输成本。项目遵循“就近处理、以渣代石”原则，将洞渣加工为砂石骨料，满足铁路混凝土工程与路基处理需求。
